How to use BattoTV

Everything a school needs, step by step. Children never see any of this.

1. 📧 Sign in with the school email

   Open battotv.com and tap Continue with Google, or type the school's email and the code we send. The first time, choose 🏫 A school, then type the school's name, mobile and address (for invoices).

2. 🔒 Create the teacher PIN

   Choose a 4–6 digit PIN that teachers share. Children never need it. To change it: Settings → School & PIN.

3. 🏫 Add your classes

   On Home, tap ➕ Add class: a name (Nursery, LKG, UKG…), the children's age and languages. Each class starts with school hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, a daily limit and short turns with breaks. Tap Edit on a class to change any of it.

4. ✨ Choose what each class watches

   BattoTV Picks for each class's age and languages are ready: on BattoTV Picks, tap a class name to switch a playlist on or off. To add your own, on Your videos tap ➕ Add and paste a YouTube link (a video, a channel or a playlist).

5. 📺 Put it on the classroom screen

   On the classroom TV or tablet: open battotv.com, sign in with the school email, tap 📺 Use on this screen on the class, then the orange 🔒 Class mode button. One screen for two classes? Tap the class picture and type the teacher PIN to switch.

6. 😴 When the screen is locked

   When watching isn't allowed, the screen shows 😴 TV is sleeping (outside school hours), 🌙 Time's up (the daily limit is used), 🧃 Break time or 🧸 Taking a rest (a teacher paused it).
   To unlock: press and hold the top-left corner for 3 seconds, type the teacher PIN, then tap ＋ Give 15 minutes, End break now or ▶ Resume, or change the hours. Or open battotv.com/school on your own phone.

7. 📱 Keep children in BattoTV

   Lock the tablet to BattoTV with App pinning (Android) or Guided Access (iPad): Settings → Classroom screens shows how, step by step.

8. ⭐ Choose a plan

   Free is for 1 class. School (up to 3 classes), School Plus (5) or School Pro (10), with 20% off the first year. Need more? We'll make a custom plan. Settings → Plan & billing: pay by bank transfer, add the slip, tap I've paid. Invoices are made out to the school.

9. 🔑 Forgot the teacher PIN?

   On the PIN screen tap Forgot PIN? and type the school's email: a code goes there, then choose a new PIN. BattoTV never shows the PIN.
