Privacy

BattoTV is for children, so we keep as little data as possible and never sell it.

What we store

• The parent's email address, to sign in and to send PIN reset codes.
• Your family's setup: children's first names or nicknames and avatars, the videos, channels and playlists you approved, limits and allowed hours.
• Watching time and history: which approved video was watched, when and for how long, so limits work and parents can see history.
• Your ratings and reports of videos, and payment slips you choose to upload.
• Your parent PIN is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form.

What we never do

• No advertising from BattoTV, and no advertising trackers.
• No selling or sharing of family data.
• Children don't create accounts and we don't ask for their age, photos or location.

YouTube

Videos play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may still collect data as described in Google's privacy policy, and some videos include ads set by their creators. BattoTV hides YouTube's search, suggestions and links.

Who can see your data

Only you and devices signed in to your family account. The BattoTV team can see account emails, plans and the reports and ratings you send, to run the service and keep content safe.

Deleting your data

In the app, go to Settings → Erase family data. To delete your whole account, contact us from the app's menu (☰ → WhatsApp or Email).
